Suffolk Grill

When I was in Ipswich for a week on business, I and a few of my colleagues stayed in Salthouse Harbour Hotel, which is situated on a waterfront and supposedly one of the best hotel in town. My company gets a good rate for the rooms, which includes complimentary breakfast. So my typical breakfast during my stay was like   Suffolk Grill -  fried bread, grilled tomato, mushroom & fried egg, spinach (minus pork and bacon which was part of the menu) Fresh orange juice Greek yoghurt with berries Fresh fruit salad Coffee Latte Needless to say, I enjoyed the breakfast. It was healthy and filling, but not too full to put me to sleep during the meetings. Ipswich is in the Suffolk county and hence the name Suffolk grill. http://www.salthouseharbour.co.uk/
